Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

I've been here multiple times and they're always awesome at customer service. Went there yesterday after a late baseball game, they were out of a lot of stuff but wow they made it right! Not only did they apologize multiple times, but they gave us six dollars in Moes bucks for our next visit. We were seriously impressed!

Agree with people. How can something look fresh and made fresh have no taste? Only thing I like is the coke machine!!

I tried Moe's a couple of weeks ago and had a great experience. It's like Subway, but for burritos. They had a tofu option for vegetarians, which I tried, and liked. My burrito was HUGE, and I couldn't eat all of it. They had a great selection of salsas beside the utensils and drink machine to spice and flavor up my side order of chips. The drink machine was pretty amazing... it made custom drinks. The strawberry Sprite was great! The décor was hip and I liked the classic rock music that was being played. The staff was really nice--one came over an helped me when he saw I was having a little difficultly getting my 18-month-old put in the high chair. And yes, just like the commercials... they welcome you when you walk in the door. And yes, I will be coming back the next time I'm in Spring Hill. **Vegetarian friendly**

Overpriced small portions of flavorless food. The place is nice and the employees seem nice too but 11.50 including tax for a tiny burrito and large iced tea. Really? What a rip off! I see no reason to return.

I'm not a Moe's fan... frankly... I'd rather have Taco Bell than Moe's. Their food is bland, overpriced and their restaurant isn't exactly a shining example of clean. There are often long lines... and I can't figure out why. Being from California, someone suggested I try Moe's as a Chipotle substitute and it is NO Chipotle! If you're wanting really mediocre food, made fresh in front of you... this mexican subway will meet your expectations. If you're in the mood for a little more authentic Mexican fare, head down the road to Taco Express... you'll thank me!

I like Moes but this one isn't the best. I have been there during their dinner rush and have often been given the scraps of chicken at the bottom or they say they have ran out of chicken. This has also applied to other veggies they have. They are typically really slow compared to other Moes. The dining area is also not cleaned enough and can be pretty nasty at times.

Welcome to moes Good but not great burrito - if there's a line head to taco express down the block across from home depot
